Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full before any reading, consultation, coaching session, spiritual guidance, digital product, or other service is provided.

No service will be scheduled, initiated, delivered, or released until payment has been received and verified.

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the personalized, energetic, spiritual, digital, and time-based nature of services, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.

Appointment Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

Spirit Seeker Tarot values the time and energy dedicated to each client appointment.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours advance notice to request a reschedule.

Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be declined at the sole discretion of Spirit Seeker Tarot.

Clients who:

  • Miss an appointment
  • Fail to attend a scheduled session
  • Arrive significantly late
  • Forget their appointment
  • Request a reschedule with less than 24 hours notice

may forfeit the appointment and all fees paid.

No refunds, credits, makeup sessions, replacements, or compensation will be provided for missed appointments or late cancellation requests.

Spirit Seeker Tarot reserves the right to limit or deny repeated reschedule requests.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By purchasing any service, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, or claim after services have been delivered.

Spirit Seeker Tarot reserves the right to dispute any chargeback using purchase records, service records, communications, scheduling records, website policies, timestamps, and proof of delivery.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action when permitted by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Spirit Seeker Tarot reserves the absolute right to refuse, reject, restrict, discontinue, terminate, or deny service to any individual at any time and for any reason.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment
  • Threatening behavior
  • Abusive language

Scheduling & Delivery Policy

All turnaround times and delivery estimates are approximate.

Spirit Seeker Tarot will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
